Lindy Fundamentals 6:30 - 7:45 August 6, 13, 20, 27 Swing Friday practice session and dance August 15 Prerequisites: None. This class is for both total beginners and those who already have some experience and want to improve their technique. You'll learn fabulous variations on six-count moves, as well as eight-count patterns in preparation for swing-outs and Lindy circles. West Coast Swing Fundamentals 8:00 - 9:15 August 6, 13, 20, 27 Swing Friday practice session and dance August 15 Prerequisites: None. West Coast Swing is a dance born from Lindy Hop which has taken on a life of its own. The style is smooth and the tempo is generally slower. It can be danced to blues and a wide range of contemporary music. The objective in this class is more than just solid technique for beginners; it's also about "cross-over" technique for the Westie-curious Lindy dancer. |

NOTE: Students are welcome to bring learning devices such as video cameras and notebooks with them. Noëlle believes that if people get a chance to watch themselves dance they can do self-correction and have a clearer memory on what was learned. |

| Series Fees Either series - $50, students $30 if postmarked by July 30th. $60, students $35 after July 30th. CSDS Members take $3 off total. If you have taken Swing Fundamentals with Noëlle before, you can repeat the Lindy Fundamentals class for $30, students $20! |
